At G Life Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Carefully place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all tags and warranty cards are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
